Didn't Broughton say he would be considering all other offers today ? From what I've heard so far, I think I preferr the NESV bid, it just sounds like it wil be a long term investment and not just a case of throwing money at it for a few years. I'd also like Anfield to remain our spiritual home,but only as long as we can upgrade to 70,000 capacity. With the board of NESV being acclaimed as stoic Liverpool fans, I think we would be heading in the right direction, as long as they don't give Woy too much money to spend on the likes of Carlton Cole. As for the prem ruyl change n 2014, Apparently they hope to introduce the rule then, but will give clubs afurther season to fall into line. Currently, City's wage bill alone, dwarfs their income, so they are fukced before they even buy another player. 28 mins to go then.
