10.09pm: Forty minutes ago we were expecting an announcement on the ownership of the club. This is just incredible. Our man on the scene, Owen Gibson, is trying to find out more.

As far as I'm aware Kop Football and Kop Holdings are both UK companies.

So effectively he can swivel.  I hope the board have the balls to ignore this pile of sh*te.  In fact, I think it's high time us fans got together a lawsuit and sued him for our damages.

Would be sound that.  Could do with a few quid in me pocket.

Okay, where's the lawyers? The simple question: does a texan court have any genuine powers to restrain the sale of the club?

Anyone actually know the answer to that? (other than our own opinions)

They can't have jurisdiction. This is a real simplistic view but if US Law had power in other countries why have so much security on the border to Mexico?

Purely time wasting. F***ing Fuckbag Twatface C**t
What your basically saying is this: You seen all the movies, where they flee to Mexico...sounds good enough to me!!

They lose but they seem to think they can file another lawsuit?  $1bn?  WTF.

Any American Liverpool fans fancy going over there and putting him out of his misery?

No I don't think so. I saw a video earlier in which Jay McKenna said they (the companies) were traceable to the Cayman Islands and Delaware

The parent company of all Kop businesses is registered in Dellaware for tax reasons.  Not sure if this would give a US court jurisdiction?
