Depends if you can keep any of the cars you like on the way up or have to sell them to eventually afford the Ferrari
I dont understand why everything is so black and white, I dont think we are simply whinging, not at all, fairly measured if you ask me
I'll never want to be accused of accepting things blindly and not questioning things
You're perfectly happy with the owners, you think they're great..sound no issue
I'm not unhappy whatsoever, I just consistently strive for more.
Neither of us are asking them to sell up
See there mate, is the very same thing you told another poster off for.
Quite rightly I might add.
Bit hypocritical to do the same to me, no?
The "net spend" argument has always been bollocks, and always will be.
It's nonsense.
Why would you keep buying cars until you get the one you want, rather than upgrading, unless you are a car collector?
Do you want to collect players for the sake of having them?
Players have been sold because they wanted to move, or because they weren't good enough.
That money then goes on other players to improve the team, and the squad.
There's a finite amount of money, and as I said, wages are getting towards 60% of turnover, and that's dangerous territory. You either increase your turnover (something we've done in the past) or you trim the squad, or you carry on regardless and do a Leeds.
I'm still waiting for someone to tell me who these "better owners" are, if ours are just OK.Do you want us to be a rich oil billionaires plaything?
Maybe we could get a Russian crime syndicate to launder their drug money through us?
