Roy... where on earth is your common sense?

Injuries can be psychosematic, short-term or just lied about - but one thing is for sure - he doesn't want to play for you. If it's a choice between losing Dagger and losing Roy, I'll vote Roy out every time.

I personally don't regard Hodgson as fit to manage our club, but players should never be allowed,to dictate policy. The man has to be given enough rope to hang himself, and if any player is dis-satisfied,then do a Mascherano and f*ck off,you play for the badge not the manager.Managers change, the badge doesn't.Have we not learned any lessons over the last 3 years?

Hope you said the same when Carragher refused to play right-back last season.  Agger has not come out & said he doesn't want to play for us at any point and I think he deserves to have doubts about Roy, we all have.  How many here have scratched their head when we've started with Carragher-Skrtel when Agger's been fit & left on the bench.

Agger is a top defender and better than Skrtel (IMO) he plays well with Carragher and I don't want to lose him.  It would be a travesty to lose him (to any other club) to bad management from Roy - oh he's not settling in well is he!. ???

Agger is class and he has a good work ethic. It would be bad for LFC if we lost him. On the other hand, it would ge good for LFC if Roy got lost. Roy - Get the F**k out! This man is so fund of his abilities and himself it is laughable... It would be ok if he had the abilities of a Mourinho, but he clearly does not. So he should just F**k off! Come on Henry... we are waiting.

Daniel Agger is a modern day defender. He doesn't hoof balls up and clear at every opportunity. He prefers to keep the ball and is one of the best ball playing defenders in the world, IMO. He's also very calm and confident defensively. Not forgetting he's the one most likely to score from a shot (only Sotis is likely to score with his head!).

Remember how he redeemed himself after it was his mistake that led Zaki to score the opening goal for Wigan at Anfield?

Yeah, a 70 yard run and assist.

Losing him to an injury is already a big blow but the possibility of losing him to another club is major blow!

Oh dear. Agger is a world class defender and if we're not careful, the likes of Real Madrid will come calling again.

Don't like the sound of this at all  :(

We need Daniel Agger at the club, no two ways about it, he is quality.

Don't F**k about with him Roy, or you'll have the fans to answer to.

Hodgson has too much on his plate to now try to add an Agger-backlash to it. Just resign after the Everton game.

Agger is a great player, cultured, excellent on the ball and strong (and has pretty decent tattoos...).  He and Danny Wilson could form a defensive spine for years.  I'd be absolutely gutted if he left.

It was Roy's fault that he didn't get enough chances to play. He shouldn't blame Agger for playing because he couldn't cement his place in Roy's team.

This is a massive day for Roy, with the massive high we,ve been on since we got rid of H&G Roy better not F**k it up ,not play Agger, lose and piss us all off.
A WIN is a MUST to cap off a terrific week. Hope you can do it Roy as all eyes are now on you, and how YOU get the team to perform.
If you cant there will be even more people calling for your head.

I really hope this isn't true, but it seems to me that Agger does not fit in with Roy's 'hit and hope' mentality.  I mean look at the CB's at Fulham.  They weren't cultured ball players were they?  It says a lot about Roy I think and it makes me laugh that the media portrayed him as this brilliant man manager - just what Liverpool need.

It's total bullcrap that Daniel Agger isn't playing just because he likes to keep the ball on the ground and start attacks from there.

Roy shouldn't blame Agger for playing for Denmark because it's not like he's given starts for Liverpool under Roy even though Agger didn't do anything not to deserve them.

He's just too good for Roy to handle.
