Shankly, Paisley and Kenny would of defended the club from anyone attacking it and that was all Rafa had ever tried to do.

How can there NOT be a certain amount of division when 2 of our best players are basically insulted by the manager.

If we start winning with a top class manager and they think we will get some good quality signings in Jan (not Carlton Cole) then there will be no split. Its because we have a very weak manager in both his personal skills and the fact he is a dead man walking that this split exists.

Torres and Reina for me. The 2 lads have given unreal service but Carra especially has seen his better days. Pepe will continue to get better with age and Nando is the best in the business.

Any Manager needs to show that they are in charge, not pandering to prima donas.  A spell in the reserves for both of the local lads would do the pair of them a world of good.

I think any player can appreciate & respect working under a winner.

Lets be honest here the Alleged problem with Carra & Gerrard regarding Rafa was about politics not football or teh managers ability.

Now if some one like Rijkaard was brought in, his success both as a player and a manager at Barcelona would earn respect wholely throughout the squad.
