Don't rate the lad. Just goes around fouling everyone in sight.

He has one of the worst disciplinary records in the league, doesn't he?

Think he's a decent midfielder, but has been very overrated lately because of Newcastle's recent good moment

Would rather get Wigan's Diame, especially for the price being mentioned.

Thought he looked good enough tonight. More skilful than I thought.

Solid in front of the back four and can pick a pass or two.

Not really that keen, not great. Depends on price, and if that influences any other signings.

More fouling tonight from the lad, which led to our 2nd goal.

After watching the match last night, I'd rather stick with Spearing.

      Agree HR.

I thought after Lucas got injured we might need to buy in midfield but with Jay playing really well, Henderson looking much better and Gerrard back it's not as high a priority as I thought initially.

Still think we should always be looking to improve the squad but attacking options are more in need at the moment.

      Don't be a dickhead lad.

Tiote missed SIX games last season through suspension, having been booked a Premier League record-equalling 14 times, and dismissed once in United’s FA Cup defeat at Stevenage.

“I haven’t tried to change him, but we’ve tried to cut out some silly ones,” Pardew told the Gazette.

“Sunday’s could probably have been avoided – he lost his head a little bit – but he’s going to from time to time.

“He’s got that competitive nature, and I’m not going to try and take that out of him.

“He’s in the top three of our best players. We want him to play every game, but he needs to have good discipline to do that.

“He’s trying to do it. We’re working with him.”

As I said, he goes around fouling every f**ker in sight. Had a good game against United last night though.

We don't need another defensive midfielder.

Certainly not one who's going to pick up a yellow every game.  Let's see how Lucas recovery is getting on in the summer before we spunk £15M+ on yet another DM - especially when our problems are primarily further up the pitch.
