Money from TV rights

Now i've been pondering this, we have been on television so much over the last season we surely have accumulated a lot of money from TV rights?

I can't remember the last game where we weren't on television.

Anyone know how much you get a game?

This was the big thing for Hicks and Gillette  they wanted to do much better from worldwide TV rights so there must be a new deal due in the next couple of years.We dont get as much from the Europa league as we did in the CL.

Premier League TV - £47.3m

We got about £10M for the CL group stages and then about £1M for the Europa League games.

In 08/09 I think in total with all other competitions we pulled in about £75M.  About £5M was other operations - so I assume this means the official channel.

Wasnt the last match not on TV away to Wigan?  I was there so i didnt take notice.

But good post, your right, we havent been off the TV - Roy's dipping into his pension for make up dont'c'ha'kno.

5 league games this seaon of ours haven't been on tv. We haven't had a 3pm saturday ko yet.

I can't remember the figures but LFC have accrued more money from TV rights this season than any EPL team. Wish I could remember where I read / heard it now.

It is about getting into the champions league that is why is essiential NESV provide the necessary funds for us to get back in there.
