Our new owners said they want to build a squad using young players. Fans ex players etc moan about the lack of players making it from the academy and then when we have 1 we skimp on the contract? True, there is lots wrong with getting your son to move clubs because your not happy with the deal he gets. Ince has about another 10 contracts / contract extensions to get through his carrear earning him a lot of money. If Ince Snr steps in too much he could have a detremental effect on his carrear, such as Anelka and Prince Naseem Hammed had when they employed family to look after this area...
