"The next thing I know, both myself and Suso are getting into Kenny's car along with Frank (McParland).

"We couldn't quite believe that either. A lot of people have heard that story since and asked me what kind of driver he is! I just replied by joking, 'Well he's Kenny Dalglish isn't he, he's good at everything!'"

What a great read that is. Just shows how many changes are being made to bring this club back to where is belongs. Give the youth a taster, not chuck em in at the deep end. Keep them hungry and like Conor said, they will work twice as hard to succeed.

It's hard to explain the buzz you feel but if you've grown up supporting this club and wanting to play for them, then you'll have an idea about what I mean.

Walk thru a brick wall for LFC....Me thinks so. Just the kind of players we need wearing the kit.

That diary is a good read. Coady knew he was an academy player and to respect the older lads, but also knew what came with the privilege of training with the first team. Hopefully Suso can push on now and get into the squad full time.

      I see a young Stevie.

Lets hope he keeps his feet on the ground, trains hard and hopefully maybe in the latter of this season gets a run like Robinson last season.

Really good to see local lads coming through!

Is Coady's future definitely at centre half? I've seen a few people say he could play midfield, at least defensive midfield but I always saw him playing at the back for the Academy.

Yeah I've never seen the lad play, I wonder the same thing. Is he a bit like Rodwell over at the Bitters?

He can play both and at this stage could be like Carra when he broke through and be a quality squad utility player. Would love to have someone with the natural versatility to play CB or CDM

Seen suso a few times in the reserves and keep telling my mate about him. He always says if he is that good how come he hadn't heard of him. Well now we can show him some attacking flare with a great sense of gravity, he is just 1 exciting young player to watch. Get in Suso

Coady's diary is good, sounds like a grounded lad, hope he keeps improving and makes the first team.

      Along with Suso that is.

Is Suso ahead of Dani Pacheco as far as getting close to the first team is concerned?

No, Pacheco has been named in the last couple of squads and Suso hasn't. Suso is probably 2 or 3 years away from getting regular appearances.

No mate, Pacheco has already made substitute appearances and is on the verge of breaking through now, all going well.

      Okay. Next question.

Is Suso going to be better than Dani Pacheco. From what I've seen I'm saying yes. His close control is amazing and he seems to have the Messi running style.

I'd agree with that from what I've seen so far but players develop at different ages/stages so there's no guarentee he will continue to improve.
