Well we have India a run for their money. Had 24 balls left. Surely we'll be given test status after the world cup?

India are trying to get 68 from 94 now. It's possible for Ireland.
      :D love the optimism there.

      Fantastic win today.

Is it just me who is a little bit suspicious of Kamren Akmals appauling glove work?

That was some last 5 overs from New Zealand earlier, 100 runs from them.  Talk about upping the run rate. :D

As for Kamran Akmal, he's by far the worst wicket keeper in International cricket IMO.  Hard not to be suspicious with the previous match-fixing allegations against him and some of the howlers he drops.

Bad news for England with Stuart Broad being ruled out a day after Pietersen is ruled out for the rest of the World Cup too.  But its good that you can replace one South African with an Irishman.  I jest. ;)

Great win for England on Sunday and Ireland really impressed me with their bowling and fielding.  Just a bit short with their innings but pushed India better than I expected.

This was the worst example I have seen of Akmal.

KAMRAN AKMAL CHEATS AND MISSES A RUN OUT DELIBELATERY

      I mean... cmon??

      Iqbal is a real player.

      Carving us apart yet again.

I was at Old Trafford last summer, where he hit a magnificent run a ball hundred in a losing cause.

England still not grasped one day cricket.

      21 wides.

How can such a good test side be so clueless at 50 over?

      Baffling.

Not much in the match, but the atmosphere was good. And the food. :P

Shocker of a match yesterday. Had South Africa shitting in their pants at one time. 267-1 in 39 overs. Horrible collapse after that.

Need South Africa to lose this match. Because then India top the group and remain in contention to play the semis here in Mohali, India- rather than Colombo and then I can see that match here.

      Long shot I know. :D
