Enjoyed his last film Also, to have seen Thin Lizzy live would have been cool.
Slightly different to the "Music Legends, If you could who would you bring back?" thread this.

Nick Drake - brilliant songwriter who was just a little too fragile...
I have caught the New York Dolls live but without these three - Johnny Thunders, Arthur "Killer" Kane & Billy Murcia
I couldn't really bring myself to see just Johansen and Sylvain parading as the dolls. Seems a bit of a fraud in a way
I don't have a problem in not seeing the entire original lineup but some members of the bands are indispensable. Layne Staley is one of them. I would go to an Alice in Chains gig without him if they played in Rio, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't feel not even half of the amazement I would get from watching them with Layne. I just like him too much.
Off on a slight tangent here but the loss of a lead singer definitely has a bigger impact than any other 'position' so I understand completely where you're coming from.
Glad to see so many Alice In Chains fans around
My favourite genre. . . Easy. My favourite artist. Almost impossible. . . I say almost. I fool nobody. So many quality grunge bands though. Although Rage Against The Machine and Faith No More also warrent mentions
