Aaah the halcyon days of Torres being tutored and guided by his mentor, when the bond was broken the player became a shadow of the predatory defenders nightmare he once was.
His 50m price tag was indeed a stroke of luck and his subsequent form is testament to the fact, how ironic that Rafa and Fernando are eventually reunited in a most unlikely combination of events and the lad buries a glorious goal in the Europa final !?
      Coincidence?
       I think not.

And i think after Rafa leaves, Torres will return back to his moody shelf and look lost and dreaming when playing again. If the news of Mourinho returning does come true, Torres should quickly sell himself to the lowest bidder, joining QPR could revitalise the former deadly number nine of Europe.

He's needed 63 games to score 22 goals and his Premier League record still sucks.

Controversial... But I was happy for him when he managed to score. It was becoming so sad to watch a world beater turn to a joke with the flick of a switch, there's still some kind of spark there it seems. Imagine he'll still be off this summer.

His celebration was a bit lonely looking.
On his own, desperately wanting to celebrate with fans, ended up as a stifled roar.

Can't believe I am the first person to spot the reason for Fernando's terrible year in the league. He spent most of the year working on the big screen adaptation of Les Miserables playing one of the lead roles Marius. No wonder he looked jaded all year. He was pretty good too.

He will have to join another club somewhere as I cant see the chosen one putting up with his tantrums at Chelsea.I have no sympathy whatsoever for him.

Do you want to stay at Chelsea?

I want to continue, I want to complete the contract I signed and continue winning trophies and I would like to be the best in the world in my position again. There’s no better place than to be than at Chelsea with Mourinho.

Jose will only sell Torres to raise money. He's not completely useless to them. If someone offered 30m they might sell
       Over wise I doubt it.

      WTF?

maybe he'll be sold because he doesn't fit with Mou's system.

Or maybe they don't want to rely on his dodgy knee?

Or maybe he would be an attractive makeweight for a player moving the other way ?

There are lots of other reasons why he might be sold other than to make money.

I don't think being close to Rafa will help him with Maureen doubt if he will be there next season.

Unlikely as it seems. Paddy Power has only 3/1 on Napoli, 7/2 on Barca and Altetico.

Been saying in Marca  his form  last season was affected by the grief Rafa was getting from Chelsea's own fans.

What a "great" player he is. His form gets affected by just about anything. Not someone I want on my team.

How does it explain his form under the other 3 or 4 managers he had at Chelsea?

Just looking for excuses isn't he?

Mind you he said he was troubled by what was happening with Rafa and  given their relationship, that part maybe true.

4 goals against Tahiti today, missed a penalty, looked like he was trying to chip the keeper, he could have easily buried it.

Yea it's Tahiti, but he looked like Torres of old. Too bad it's playing on the "B" team for Spain ;D

Still looked sh*t, and selfish, though Villa was gonna hit him at one point.
