Sorry can someone explain what this means.

The judge also dismissed an application to strike out or stay claims by Broughton.

I've seen it a few times, and I have no idea if this is good or bad for MB, or NESV.

I presume it means he can go after Hicks now

I take it to mean that H&G wanted to block Broughton from suing them for defamation of character and the judge has blocked the from doing so. In other words he can sue for damages to his reputation under slander laws.

I believe this is correct, and it appears MB is suing Tommy Hicks!  Despite being a Chavs fan, I have mad respect for MB for the work he did in getting rid of the parasites, and also that he is still going after them for more!  Well in Marty! :)

I'd love him to carry on this ridiculous facade, more for the pleasure of watching him make a c**t of himself than anything else. He's never going to win. If he loses even more money in his pursuit of this then that it all the better. If he does end up going to prison then I hope they smash his sphincter through his front teeth and then bite it out with their teeth and smash it through his eye socket!. W**ker!.

So at what point do they actually get screwed because they won't be living uncomfortably. Why should they have any money at all if they owe so much to so many businesses?

How can they still be rich without being locked up?

Because they aren't personally responsible for the debts, their holding companies are.

Plus they never use their own money to buy anything.

When you look at Hicks and Gillette isnt what is going on in the World a reflection of their lives. They want to screw as many people as they can and make as much money as they can and we the ordinary people are now saying no F**k right off we have had enough.
