Think we can, but has anyone else heard on Radio City this morning that Suarez may be out for the rest of the season
because of injury. Can anyone shed some light on this?
It was deffo stated, coz a mate said he heard it too.

Suarez has claimed on Twitter a few hours ago that the injury is not a serious one, so you can quash that rumour.

I thought sunderland away would be a draw, so I'm' ahead already - West Brom away won't be easy - but we have one thing all 5 clubs above don't have - fresh, brilliant forwards - we also have the experience of playing under pressure. If we were were 15 games to go we would be nailed on. As it is every game is must win, I can see City dropping more points than anyone and Spurs look distracted and tired. Come on Kenny.....It would be great to play first (now we are out of EL) and put pressure on for that weekend. I also think we can get a point at the Emirates....other than that 22 out of 24.

One game at a time, all i can say is come on red men! We can get Fifth i think,we are out of all the cups now City for me will be the team we can home in on.I am not convinced by Mancini being able to manage all them big names.

I want fourth, bur realisticaly i think it will fifth.

We need to believe wholeheartedly that we can win the last 8 games.  I'm sick of this "but in reality" negative bo**ocks.

Let's face it, if we the fans don't believe we can win every game, we're going to win nothing - again.

To add to that I don't want any of this "top 4" bo**ocks next season either.  It's Champions we should be aiming for, nothing else will be in Kenny's mind so it shouldn't be in ours either.

Come on you mighty Reds!!   :kop5cf8koxp6:

We beat Sunderland away 2-0. We beat Manchester United 3-1 at home. We beat Chelsea away 1-0.

All these didn't look likely in the first half of the season but a dramatic change in form and stuff made them happen.

We're only four points from Spurs, who has a game in hand and are yet to face us at Anfield, and 8 points from Chelsea who I think still has to play Man United, Tottenham and just for fun Everton away.

Let's focus in getting 3 points in the next 8 games and see what happens in May.

To be in hunt for 4th/5th we need to win probably 7 out of 8 which we can do.

Need to beat City and Spurs at home!

Loving the call to arms, Blood.

      Come on you Red Men!

I reckon this is will within the realm of being do-able. And, there's no way Spurs and City will hold up. Ball's in our court, so to speak.

This is definitely achievable. I would have said Aresnal away was a bogey fixture. It usually has 1-1 written all over it. But with the way their defence and keepers are playing, and the way Suarez, Carroll and Kuyt are playing, I well fancy us.

But its West Brom first. Not a walk over by any means, but 12 v 12  (I'm counting managers ;) ) we are better and we need to show it.

      Come on redmen!

I can't remember the last time we beat Arsenal at their home ground.

Anyways, 4th and 5th is still achievable but we really have to step up and win the last 8 matches and see where it takes us.

Let's finish this season on a high! I want to see us playing good football and enjoying ourselves. If we can gain as many points as possible we could grab 5th.

      West Brom down, 0 points.

7 games to go thread title changed.

Spurs and Chavski dropped points too and still may drop more, its still all to play for.

While they are dropping points, they gained a point on us. We need to be City next week.

21 points to go for.  Stevie to come back in.  Carroll to get fitter and hopefully no more Atkinson or Howard 'Utd' Webb.  Let's hope the Agger and Johnson injuries are not serious.

If we are dropping points and teams above us are dropping points, there's not much we can happy about because we should be taking advantage and I've been saying this season 2008/2009! :lmao:

Irrespective of the number of games left to play this season we should all get behind  Kenny and the lads,I am sure that most REDS want Kenny to be our manager on a permanent basis so the aim of the game must surely be to let NESV  and their officials at Anfield know of our wishes.Kenny Dalglish must have the off season and the whole of next season to show his value and take us back where we belong and that is the very TOP.I am convinced Kenny will sort the playing staff out and give us players who are totally committed to Liverpool Football Club.
