Don't understand how you can have wildly differing opinions about MW2 and Black Ops. They're almost exactly the same game!

Nope they are Quite Different. As of im talking About the Multiplayer. Black ops is more Ground Combat. Its You and Your Gun Unlike MW2 . Too Much Killstreak Whoreing. Sit in a Corner. Get a Predator Missile and You're Set for The Nuke.

I actually prefer MW2 but I do agree with that killstreak whoring part. I have to admit I am one who depends on killstreaks as well but not that I don't have decent enough skills to play without them :P

      Infinity Ward aren't bankrupt yet?

Oh, my mistake. Kids still buy this game.

For the plot. (Must be, because it has nothing else going for it)

Same here. Got the hardened edition preordered. Also got Uncharted 3's Explorer Edition preordered but I might just cancel that and get Special Edition.

Seems my hardened edition will be dispatched on the 7th of November. Doubt it will come the next day unless I choose express.

Not getting this.  Heard the maps are too simplistic, plus its really noob friendly.  Saw somewhere say that riot shield and juganault perk are stupid good.

Saw a trailer on tv the other day, looked like sh*t. Graphics looked like they hadn't improved since the first Modern Warfare (still the only one i really liked).

Well, I guess IW just wants to keep the engine that attracted everyone to COD4 in the first place while making bits and pieces of adjustments. Personally prefer COD (especially the MW series) myself.

Not going to compare it to BF3 because they are both totally different games! We don't hear people saying how Assassin's Creed is better than Prince of Persia or whatever :P

Just gonna get both COD and BF

If you asked people to choose which one was better, they would :D

They are not COMPLETELY different games. That's like saying you can't compare one football team with another because they are completely different teams - they are still playing in the same league. Battlefield 3 and COD are both first-person military shooters that will be released at a similar time with lots of people getting them to play online.

Get used to it buddy, if Battlefield 3 lives up to the hype then you're gonna hear a lot of it ;)

Haha. I actually was quite disappointed with the beta that came out recently. Didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would but it could be because I just suck in BF!

No doubt the graphics and gameplay look really, really amazing .. like watching a movie but for some reason, I find EA games kinda weird during gameplay (feel it's kinda slow) as I've played FIFA and Skate from them.

Actually also feel that majority of gamers want MW3 to fail! Well, maybe I'm just more suited to the kid's game

I don't want MW3 to fail at all, more good games out there the better. But if it comes out with the same sh*t as the last couple then i would like to see it found out by more people so maybe it would give the company a kick up the arse it needs. I loved, and still enjoy, MW1. MW2 was fun, but kinda just eh after awhile. Aint even finished the mission yet because i got bored.
