Massive deal. And I think the 25 million is a sign of intent from Warrior. We might initially drop slightly in shirt sales, but I think the fee is a sign they're serious in promoting their brand and our kit. Also, since we're their first big club wearing their kits, we'll probably have a very big say in the end product.

Just had a mosey at some of their boots. Now they look real smart. And their Logo eh!      'Admire us or fear us, You will respect us'   That sounds just right for the reguvenated Liverpool F. C.   Brilliant deal this. It could open up a huge market for us in the states as well.

All about improving the value of the club. Well done Ayre & FSG. I like Adidas as a brand, and sometimes they produce some nice, smart kits, but hopefully we'll see something unique from Warrior, being new to football shirts.

I'll be honest, I gonna miss Adidas, love their kits and sportswear, never heard of warrior and just prays the kit doesn't look sh*te.

You can never beat an adidas kit in footie, just my opinion!

No young Scouse kid is gonna want to wear a Warrior kit, for fear of becoming a social leper.

Personally I think Umbro makes the best kits in the world, but I do agree adidas has done a very good job.

Well done for getting another lucrative contract,I do not think there will be any problem with the design and quality of the shirts as I am sure the club will have the final say.

I understand the sentiment about Adidas, especially when connected with this club.  But what is it about wearing a new Liverpool kit, regardless of its sponsor, that could make a young Scouse kid a social leper?  Did they wear the Reebok kits?

Kids will wear it because it is the Liverpool kit - not because of who makes it.

Hey all, this is my first post!

Have to say i'm very impressed with the positive changes that are being made under new ownership!

Of course, i am one who will be sad to see Adidas leave, i've always felt that Liverpool and Adidas made a great partnership. However, i am excited to see a change like this and i am confident that the quality of the kits will be of high standard. But even if the quality is below standard, my attitude is that as long as the Liverpool badge is on the shirt that's all that matters!

So we're currently getting £20 million per year from our main sponsor Standard Chartered and it looks like another £25 million added to that!
£45 million per year just from kit deal and sponsor. Very Healthy  ;D

Calm down ladies it was a joke.

Only two sportswear makes that are worn, adidas or nike!!

My favourite kit in recent years has to be the 2004-2006 Reebok one. The one's without the corporate stripes/lines and just pure red are the best shirts.

Rather have the corporate lines than those two white blobs on that 2004/06 shirt

But what the F**k were those white bits all about, made us look like Middlesborough!

Really love Adidas :( if only they were prepared to match that amount that Warrior offered. I've never even heard of the brand before!

Ah well. That's it to Adidas then. The look of kits really bother me, but if we can wear crappy looking shirts and still fly around in the league thrashing teams then that's all that matters I guess ;)

That shirt up there would be boss actually, much more retro (apart from sponsors, obviously)!

Happy. I like the Adidas shirts, but fact is money is what we want, and 13m is a fair F***ing hunk of money just for a shirt! If they'll pay it, we'll take it and laugh to the bank. Well in to Ayres and FSG, well in.

The club will have the final say on the kit, so I don't understand what all the gnashing of teeth is about.  Personally, I don't care if it has zebra stripes on it and pink polka dots, if it brings in THIRTEEN MILLION extra every year. Think about that...everyone on this forum has complained for years about H&G not spending money, and in one swoop we now have the cash to pay for a new very talented first team player EVERY season from now on. All hail Warrior!  :-*  Bye bye Adidas, so sad to see your small wallet go.  xxxxx:action-smiley-065:

Well stripes and pink polka dots would not be worth any amount of money, remember we are proud REDS :D But yes, i agree otherwise.

Great news and windfall for the club. This will give us a little edge in the FFP stakes. I love that fan made strip by the way, very simple but classy

Great deal. Well done LFC marketing.

could be confusing with British warrior clothing though. Very sad line of clothing it is too. ;D.
