Hey all. I'm currently doing the IGCSE (which is recognized as an equivalent to the GCSE). I'm finishing 8 subjects, O-Level. Not doing A-Levels because i really am in a hurry; and was wondering about the possibilities of getting into university with just O-Levels. Been searching online but haven't found a clear response. Most unis are demanding 2 or 3 A Levels.

My intention is to move to Canada to live with my girlfriend but i've no idea yet on how my chances look like education-wise. But surely you britfags can help on that matter?

Depends on the subject that your looking to study.. you could take an access course which will secure you the relevant qualifications to start a degree, without doing traditional A-Levels. They can sometimes be done through the University, but usually studied at a college.

But like RedtilDead said doing an access course will help.

Probably could merge this with the existing School/Uni/etc thread right? Might find some answers in there somewhere.
