I am a girl from Belarus and I want  VERY MUCH  to make friends with YOU, Liverpool fans. I am a passionate LFC fan too. I became a Liverpool supporter 5 years ago.
   I have a lot of good friends here in Belarus, but there aren't people who support and love Liverpool FC around me. So I need communication, I need to share opinions and speak to people who love Liverpool FC as much as me.
   I want to find friends among you, TRUE LIVERPOOL FC FANS! YES, I have dreamt of visiting the city of Liverpool, of visiting Anfield, of attending Liverpool matches!

In last nights game....we played poorly, and we lost...
In any circumstance, you can get by winning whilst playing poorly. However, your still left with some dissapointment. When we lose, yet play beautiful football, not getting the 3 points its upsetting, however there are positives to carry forward to the following game....and its much easier to forget about the loss. When you win and play poorly, its back to the drawing board at training.
Overall, you would take a win in any situation....but when u start playing poorly and winning, and it becomes a habit, from a spectators point of view, it is very fustrating- as sometimes you feel like you dont deserve to win (ie, last weeks league match, with the 1-0 win- we played poorly, and still won...yet, theres still an empty feeling inside as though u lost)

Am i making any sense?? please let me know if you understand my point....

I can't help you with that one, but I was intrigued with the question. I have downloaded a version of La dona e mobile and created a clip (about 55 seconds) for others to listen to and see if they can answer the question. It is certainly possible that this tune was being sung to...

Hi alessio, hope you are well? First of all you should never be suprised when liverpool score in the last minute.That's liverpool's trademark especially in finals ,( Michael owen  FA cup final 2001,Steve gerrard FA cup final 2006) in recent times but on numerous occasions from the 60's onwards.

About sunday's result its pretty mixed emotions but me personally I was happy with the performance, dissapointed with the result because we should have scored three in the first half , but we are still unbeaten in the league so its not too bad.

Unfortunately I think it was the Spurs fans, who outsung us for most of the game, singing 'Anfield's a library'. Wasn't at the game myself so couldn't confirm for certain.

So how do you manage to watch the games in Belarus? I imagine Liverpool are not on every time they play. Do you see many live games? Do you have highlights of games after they are played? Does Belarus show a lot of English football?

I have said you in the beginning of the topic. That Belarus have already shown for past three season the matches of England Premier League. Our TV have bought the rights to show one match of every tour and review of all matches on Monday. But TV choose themselves what match to show. Last two weekends these were Liverpool matches. I was lucky!
 This weekend it is being Man Utd vs Aston Villa. Except that TV is showing matches of THE FA cup. We love Premier League!!!

They were bored with the 2nd half, didn't think there would be more goals, and wanted to beat the rush to the car park to get out. Traffic around Wembley after a football match is always hideous.

I have had intentions to go to some matches like this. For example, when Liverpool  travelled to Moscow in 2002 or in Kaunas in Lithuania, or in Kiev last summer. All countries are around Belarus. For the first time I was alone to go, so I had to stay and watch on TV. For the second time, I didn’t have a visa to go to Lithuania. An d for the third, no one wanted to accompany me for safety. So I missed those three chances. I was told to wait for the times when Liverpool arrive in Belarus! But I don’t believe it’ll happen in near future. The same in case with England team. I only wanted to see our Liverpool players in yr national team and meet English fans in the hope to find amongst them Liverpool fans. Moreover I have relatives in Moscow. But this time my job and the same loneliness were the reasons to sit at home. I was fed up with that situation. So I wanted to change it by communication with you.
 So when Liverpool somewhen arrive around my country and you go,  remember about me. I am always ready to go too.

In original French version it’s “The Earth of men”. So titles of those three languages are different. Where the misunderstanding can be from.

I think, the idea is partly the same.Exupery only wanted to tell everyone that people relationship is fragile. Been to an England u16, but not the first team. Know (old) Wembley well as a LFC supporter as well as some concerts.

As for health, I think it depends on the individual, but others may feel differently.

That is the headline of an article of Belarus sport newspaper. So it means Russian disorderly performance provoke English disorder in playing. That phrase reminded me about one of jokes that I heard on TV from Russia humorist about their national team. He said: Russian players invented a new game not football but walking with a ball. Russians play the way, bad way, that cause teams playing with them start playing the same bad way as Russians. Even though those teams play very good in reality.
 So Russian performance confuse good teams play to play bad. Because Russians play not football but their own game no one knows rules.
