Journos from Uruguay and England reporting on twitter that we've agreed a 6million euro fee in principal. And he'll travel to Merseyside either today or tomorrow.

Apparently the board have told Mancini there will be no more money available after the signing of Nasri,. Therefore if the Nasri deal goes through it would suggest they won't make an improved offer for Coates, paving the way for us to complete the move Im guessing.
