9 and coming the match again with me today as bro has to play daddy to my 4 year old niece, while his partner is at work.

My mum and dad went away for a few days down to my uncles and means no one to play grandad and nanny to them this weekend!!

Absolutely. Focus on securing his second title at Rangers then end it on a high note. Don't want to see him do a Rodgers and spoil all that goodwill by upping sticks midway through the season.

He'll be a big miss to Scottish football when he leaves. He's really brought a presence, a level of attention and gravitas to a league badly in need of it. Not only that he's proven to be a charismatic, smart (christ, look how dapper he is in a suit, always impeccably turned out!) and very canny with the media. You can see that he holds himself to very high personal standards. He's been a breath of fresh air.

There’s no guarantee around what will be available in the summer so I think he needs to really give it some serious thought.

Exactly, if Steven was to get the job, he just needs to get his backroom team right and he'll be fine.

I want him to stay at Rangers for a little while longer. Why risk your reputation and relationship with the fans for a shot at Villa? There'll be plenty of clubs like that and probably a few much bigger (including us at some point) if he keeps up the good work he's doing. I enjoy seeing him do well in Scotland.

The way owners and chief execs view managers is very difference to back then though. I don’t think this ownership will risk giving Stevie the job unless he has some more experience. With it being rumoured he’s giving the Villa job serious thought maybe he’s thinking the same thing.

Would like to see him win back to back titles with Rangers before making a move and keep getting European experience (not sure how Rangers are in Europe this season to be fair).

Let’s be honest, he’s not winning trophies with Villa, but if he can get them challenging for Europe that would be success.

Either way, wish him well and would be interested to see how he got on back in the prem.
