I just popped a can of bud after lunch, rainy afternoon out here so I'll be drinking, studying and watching movies today!

It's got to be nice and cold for me, especially when you've got a  bad throat, it feels lovely and chilled, lots of ice slips down nicely.

Can't undo all that good work spent at the gym this week with alcohol.....pfft !!

Drank tea for the first time in years today.
Wotking on heights in the wind and offered tea from a flask.
Nice and sugary. Kept the heat in me.

Coffee, Coffee and more Coffee, woke up this morning and my eyes were glazed to F**k and I think I was hallucinating too, because for ten minutes or so everytime I blinked and opened my eyes it looked like little slivers of silver were raining down in front of me.

Madness.
