Agreed, three points tonight, with Torres and Stevie to score  ;)

JD, methinks you took the word "happy" a little too literally. I don't think anyone will be happily jumping and up and down at a draw. We all want a win; but expecting one from this game I think could be setting yourself up for unnecessary heartache.

Good calls on the team from most - but Hyppia starts, not Agger:
Reina, Arbeloa, Finnan, Hyypia, Carragher, Babel, Pennant, Mascherano, Gerrard, Torres, Kuyt.

Could get cold tonight, you might want to cover yourself up a bit more Smiggs  :D :D

I'm expecting a fairly tight game tonight but I can imagine the tempo could be quite fast. Looking forward to seeing how Torres does on his European debut for us. With Mascherano playing in the middle with Gerrard I think we can expect a reasonabley attacking game once we pick the ball up. I'm not too fussed about who they have playing for them because with the exception of Quaresma, I reckon they probably gel well as a team. So as long as we're not sloppy with the ball and keep our own tempo we should do ok. They've more reason to be cautious of us.

Two nil for the mighty reds. Torres and Kuyt.
