Not his biggest fan but I'd rather have him (or even Aaron Lennon, for that matter) than Stewart Downing

      Agreed.

My shits have more end product than him, but i still like him as a player, knowing our coaches we could turn him into the perfect player.

But I feel that can be a big mistake mate, no way our current attacking coach(es) will better than Arsenal's, our coach(es) if better are defending one.

Don't believe Walcott could develop much better but who know he's still young, just don't think he's the right improvement for us.

Always liked Theo. Would add the pace we need and has a good finish on him. His crossing isn't good but since when do we play with crossing wingers?

15m or under, i'd be well pleased.

Think he would be boss playing on the last man not many could catch him and he can finish. buy him and turn him into a striker

I think he's far from amazing as things stand but I agree with those who've said we should take him and play him up front.
He's made no secret of his desire to play as a striker so that might give him a lift in itself.

This lad blows hot and cold. I remember him against us when we played them in champions league quarter final a few years back. He came on as a sub and looked like the future of English football. Not done too much since though. I'd take him as a rotation player for £10million. Not worth £15million+

We bought an apparently premier league proven one in the summer with the intention of providing service to Carroll.

No thanks personally I think Theo is in the wrong sport he would be suited more to the 100 or 200m dash.

      Yes, Voronin was sh*te.

Still, he is a far more complete attacking player than Walcott.

We did, but have we ever used Stewart as a winger to get to the flank and cross it in? Not really.

Our wingers cut in and look to link up with Luis a lot. I think Theo's pace could really fit in with our system. We don't have any real burning pace up front.

Downing has often played on the left doesn't have the pace to go on the outside and get to the by line but then if Comoli did his homework he would have known that

Theo is a headless chicken with loads of pace but little footballing brain i would say hes not good enough for Liverpool but who i think is good enough not good enough has to change at this moment in time we are not going to attract all of footballs elite so being linked with Theo who is a red would have to be a welcome move !

I'm one of his biggest fans and i don't think that's true. Very good off the ball and a lethal shot. He'll add goals i have no doubt.

He can't cross, but he can get to the byline and cut back. I think he'd suit us down to the ground.

IMO if we not play Walcott upfront but put him on the side he's not much different from Downing and of course he's at big wage so as now the rumor LFC want to sign Hoilette so I think the later is better.

If play him upfront I think he has speed like Owen but his scoring instinct and skill is much inferior, so I will looking for someone else.
