      Poor start upto now.
The defence looks shaky, come on Red Men we are better than this.

      Top block by Reina tho'.

I think more a good start by Porto - we haven't started yet.
      Celtic are 0-1.

      Correction, 2-0 Shakter

      Now that's better.
      Kuyt  1-1

Our first attack, our first effort = a goal.

Is this going to be one of those rare 'open' Euro games?

Our passing is quite poor tonight or is it me?.,.its quite frustrating because this game might be the hardest one in this group and even if a draw is not a bad result, we could win this if we were playing slightly better...
Pennant sent off and that was coming...

Of all the commentary, I've not heard once that the defender was play acting about the foul by Pennant.
Ok yes it was a foul, we see it in virtually every game, but that defenders play acting got Pennant his second yellow.

Did he mean to injure the player - No
Did he injure the player - No
Did the defender act like he'd been injured - Yes

I'm not 100% sure but i don't remember seeing the the second yellow just a straight red, i think the rule of guarding the ball is a bit stupid.

I think if you check the rules you are only alowed to guard/shield the all if you are going to make an attempt to playit yourself. You cannot shield it without attempting to play it but the refs seem to ignore players who just stand over the ball while it travells 10 or 15 yards when the clearly have an option to play it. Should be a free kick/penalty or whatever the case may be. NEEDS SORTING OUT.

      Define "play it".

To outlaw this would also mean that you can no longer "dummy" an opponent. Where and how do you draw the line?

Don't agree with the view that this is either "stupid" or in some way unfair.
