Not having a go at you, LFC. After all, enough posters on here repeat stuff from Twitter.

It's just a bit annoying that for the lest few windows we've had Mac_Red sourcing rumours from his 'respected sources' all over the net and then thousands of posts relayed from Twitter but we haven't actually had any more correct information than before .
Perhaps some people think that the scatter gun approach of throwing out every rumour they hear will yield more reward in terms of getting the odd one correct but it doesn't seem that way, we just get more bullshit.
We all like a good rumour or a bit of gossip but not when it's passed off as truth.

Saw it on Twitter too. 

My theory.
Grobbelaar got wind of us going for Teixeira. Ran off to the shi**er, pulled out his iPhone / Android and Googled the name, spelling it incorrectly as Texeira and seeing he was another Uruguayan, figured that made perfect sense and couldn't wait to tell everybody his great gossip.

Hope its something in these rumours. looks like a good young striker who can do a good job front of the goal.
