The goals really turned this into our favor. It was fairly even for a good bit, but I'm just so glad to see us capitalizing on another team's mistakes and show some clinical finishing.

Great first half - love to see what we can do when we finish.

Gotta say, Downing has been very disappointing. Suarez has been class and it's great to see him and Gerrard combine.

Great we are winning Suarez and Gerrard really on form. Shelvey and the defence doing allright. Downing has shown nothing that he should be playing regularly, Hendo has also been disappointing.

Bit off topic but for those watching  ESPN, on that train line advert, the tall guy with glasses looks like John Henry

God knows we need some midfield enforcer, Shelvey and Henderson are subs at best.

Performance has been OK, we've played much better and been 0-0.

Much prefer it this way around.

Suarez was a pest from around the 20 minute mark and it's paid off. We seem to be pressing quite well at times and their defence and midfield do not like it one bit.

Was gonna say just that. We've played better in most of the frustrating draws. Difference is Suarez has scored a couple of really good goals. Bullit second, with SG doin great work to setup the first. If only we could've been as clinical during the season.

That Gerrard shot should be a pen because it's going in otherwise - not a yellow or red because completely unintentional but he stopped a goal being scored illegally there
