Defo not as good as he once was.

Not sure it's so much a case of not being as good of a manager as he was previosuly. I think, like I've said before, he's just part of a group of managers; Rafa, Jose and even Ancelotti etc who are essentially outdated in todays game. The way they want their teams to play doesn't quite work anymore and so they've had to try and adapt but it's not really worked out. Probably partly why they bounce around from club to club now.

Managers who were elite and probably still would be if the game was like it was 10+ years ago but the game is changing a lot quicker nowadays. Their time in that bracket has passed, it's now the likes of Klopp, Tuchel etc.

Doesn't help though that these managers are going to the likes of Everton and Spurs...what did they expect from that standard.
