What game are you watching?

I think we could use a thread in which we could discuss all the various games fans watch.

Think it would be interesting to see peoples opinions on certain players so others can then lookout for them in the future and generally share each others knowledge.

For instance today i'll be watching West ham vs Newcastle as I want to see how big Andy is getting on and if Ben Arfa is as good as some say he is.

I hope for this thread to become an encyclopaedia of knowledge that can track players development for years.

Terrible tactics from both sides and neither team had an option B.

Andy looked much the same player he did in his Liverpool kit.

Ben Arfa  had a decent game and certainly knows how to beat a player or two. He went missing for a lot of the game however and was subbed. (coming back from injury)

He's definitely better than the players around him.

Diame had another good game his awkward lanky dribbling style was funny to look at but surprisingly effective.

The last match I watched was a Newcastle and it was a awesome game.

Watching Germany V Ecuador friendly right now. Podolski scored 8 seconds in.

Actually these days I didn't had much time to watch anything.

Watched the Socceroos (why must we have such a sh*t name) vs Japan earlier. Kagawa and Honda looked a cut above everyone else on the field with the exception of Schwarzer.

I'm planning on watching Brazil v Japan later.  Disappointed Honda won't be playing.

He is playing but hasn't really had much of a chance to show his qualities.

Watching Uruguay and Spain.

Spain really plays some exquisite football, and then they ruin it by trying to have 10 Shakespeare's on the pitch. The amount of diving, acting and flailing (not to mention campaigning the ref) by the Spaniards is absolutely despicable.

Neymar has been doing his swan lake impression for Brazil as well. I understand he's lightweight but some of them ( especially against Italy) make Gareth Bale look like a hardman.

Haha, yep I agree. In his defense he does get the eff kicked out of him on the pitch, so likely it's the only time he gets a break when he dives

Yeah I agree he does get battered by pretty much anyone as its the only effective way to stop him.
