Who should take our penalties this season?

Olympics inspired me.  Simple question: who takes our penalties this season?

Kuyt is gone (not like he played much last season anyway).

Adam not as reliable as advertised.

So who do we go to?

Stevie, or how about Glen Johnson, he took a decent one against Cardiff at Wembley.

Has to be Stevie G for me, if not then Lucas, cool, calm, collected and he can strike a dead ball, will give him extra responsibility to,and will help smooth over his promotion to full captaincy when Stevie hangs his jock-strap up, good shout about Glen tho,temporarily of course.

There isn't anyone that stands out for me so guess it would be Stevie, Luis and Charlie.

?? I'm very confident in Stevie's penalty taking, myself.

Stevie without doubt when on the pitch ,decent record from the spot and scored 2 pressure pens in the semi final's of the league cup last season against a very good keeper. After Stevie i would go Adam then Luis .

Can't look beyond Stevie to be honest, after him?? Who knows, would like someone like Downing to step up to the mantle and have a go at blasting one in, give him a bit of confidence to get a few goals under his belt, even if they are pens.

It'd be Gerrard for me.

But really, Glen Johnson has always impressed me with his unless I'm forgetting a miss, calm, collected and Gerrard-esque placement. Would keep Stevie as number one when he's available though.
