Think Borini could be very useful from the bench in this one.

Not sure about Gerrard and Shelvey together, like Shelvey a lot, but i'm nervous he may force it in this game while Gerrard has yet to get going for us this season

I really fancy us this Sunday.

The sensible pundit is going for a draw with this one. Nothing F***ing sensible about me........ Reds win. Got a manc mate and he doesn't think the mancs are up for this, they don't want this game yet, they're wining games but still not playing well. He knows even when they are on song they don't get much at Anfield. Sure we'll be to good for them again and won't give them any time to settle. 2-0 the red men. Louis, and shelvey on as sub for the second.

Don't think we'll see Enrique starting. I think, based on who started yesterday, it's pretty obvious what the team will be on Sunday.

We have to defend the counter well. We'll hold more of the ball but they absolutely have the pace to kill us on the counter.

This is the starting line up for me too. Shelvey only played a half during the week, so reckon Rogers plans to start him. Fair play to the lad, he's definately improving and taking his chance well.
Disappointed in Henderson, that he hasn't shown enough to the manager to get much game time recently. And don't think Sahin is ready to start a game like this.

I think the key is our defense. We have to hold the back line. If we do that we'll nick them up front I am confident.

This is actually going to be war. I can see indicent's this game. I hope not but I can see it all kicking off.

I think Stevie is better covering that Shelvey, and we should start seeing the transition of the teacher sitting back and letting the apprentice push forward and hold the "key" role in the hole.

Not a must win game, but a must not lose game for me. I am confident that the players will step up as usual for the big game and not let us down. The mancs while not the force they once were are still managing to win games they don't deserve to, while we seem to manage to draw or lose games we deserve to win. IMO this is down to fear factor and attitude, we are frightened of losing while the mancs are frightened of not winning.

No such problems this week as I think we will go into this one all guns blazing and take the game by storm.

With last night's performance, I think Hendo will start alongside Allen with Gerrard in front of the two.  Hendo will provide the grit and retention, while Allen uses his extra 50% like what Brendan said in his interviews in further role.

The youth in Sterling, Assaidi will provide plenty of creativity and bursts of energy towards later into the match.
Downing may provide us cover for LB other than his usual role.

Can't see us keeping a clean sheet so the lads will need to bang a couple in to get the win our season needs. Have we ever needed a result this badly against the mancs? Lots of pressure on the lads given the emotion of the last 10 days, the opposition and our poor league position.

A win would be MASSIVE.

Typical ESPN here in the US.  Trying to build up the EPL in this country and they decide to show the Swansea/Everton Live on Saturday and nothing on Sunday. Probably the biggest Derby in all the UK behind the Old Firm and its not even on TV.
