I think we'll do ok tomorrow Corbs.  The spirit that the youngsters have shown this season is better than the senior players, they refuse to be beat and have so much belief in themselves and each other.

19 players have travelled, so 1 will be left out. I feel Wisdom deserves a rest after playing quiet regurlaly lately.

This will be a tough game, but I think if the players gel quickly we could get something here.

Gonna be a tough battle this one...they knocked it about really well at anfield yet thankfully we kept Eto quiet but at their place he'll be more of a pain so we'll need to keep it solid early on and hopefully the young lads can knock it about and give it a go , thats all we can ask of them.
There's been times this season when some amazing quick pass and move stuff has come from those young lads, there keen and above all, which i'm sure is in the back of all their minds , that they are playing for Liverpool FC away in Europe !!..
I'm sure whoever Brendan picks they'll give it their all..
I'd like to see Pacheco up top on his own , i'm sure he'll be full of confidence from that awesome display against Wolves the other night , so throw him in..
I just worry about the state of the pitch..Some of those Russian pitches cut up real bad and become dead heavy underfoot..whats the weather forecast like?..rain won't help !!...

Agreed. There will be 18 playing or on the bench for this game out of a party of 19. I hope Cole is the one who misses out.

Nice to see Coady and Sama get call ups and also good to see Morgan back in the first team squad.

I think it is wise for most of the first team not even to travel for this and is another good learning curve for the younger players.

I hope Cole doesn't get near the team and Bendan gives the place to someone who will actually look like they want it.

If that is the line-up then we're definitely playing for the draw and Brendan has followed my advice of switching to a 5-3-2, glad to see he's listening. Now for my next trick, sign Messi Brendan!

Seriously thought I think it's the right way of going about it, if we've got the experience and resilience to withstand 90 mins of pressure I'm not sure because our possession football will struggle with the likes of Cole and Morgan (to a much lesser extent, more to the fact he'll be up on his own and is young rather than a 20 a day money grabber like our Joe).

Still looking forward to it and will be cheering the lads on as usual!
