Good luck to all the lads away with their countries this week, just hope they all come back injury free.
I've got a good feeling about this one, just hope we can put our chances away.
I think BR will have a bit of a headache over who to select in goal. He has openly admitted Pepe is our No1 keeper and Jones would be our back up. But Jones has been almost faultless when he's played this season.
That aside, I think Reina will come back into the side.
In defence, I'd like to see us play four the back with Johnson and Enrique either side of Skrtel and Agger (Rumours going around that Agger is out for two weeks, if that's the case, I'd stick Carra alongside Skrtel)
I think the midfield needs to be tinkered a little bit, Gerrard and Allen have to start for me, but it's out of Shelvey, Sahin, Henderson or Suso who plays with them. After his impressive cameo against Chelsea, I'd go for Suso. Sahin has looked off the pace and doesn't look to be adding anything to the side that Susp can't.
Obviously you'd have Suarez in the centre of the front three, with Sterling on the right. On the left, we could either have Assaidi or Downing. I'd go for Assaidi, his pace and skill could really hurt the Wigan defence.

Subs; Jones; Wisdom, Carragher; Henderson, Sahin, Cole, Downing.
Going back to what I said earlier about the back four. If Carra does come in for Agger, I'd put Coates on the bench.
I feel that side would get us 3 points, and hopefully we can get 3-4 goals and show the other 'big' sides we still mean business.
Wigan: If you aren't aware, they like to play 3-4-3 or 3-5-2, I would expect to the the latter played on Saturday. They are a side that keeps going until the last minute and like to hit sides on the break. Arouna Kone and Shaun Maloney are the players we need to keep an eye on. Both like to wonder around the pitch to find space, but I'm sure Allen and Gerrard will keep them quiet!
Really looking forward to this one and just hope we can start making Anfield back into the fortress it once was! Come on Reds!
