Swansea v Liverpool Sunday 25th November KO: 13:30 - All build up here.

Feeling a bit deflated after the result last night, I thought we played well and deserved a win.

Swansea will be a totally different challenge, they are playing very well under there new management.

But I think the boys will be up for this and I think a few of them need to step it up a bit, all three subs who came on against Young Boys didn't show any fight or hunger at all.

I think we'll line up like this on Sunday:

I think after Joe Cole's performance last night he deserves a run in the side, he linked up well with the Shelvey and I think if you put Suarez and Sterling up there with him he would have the same, if not, more impact.

I'm not quite sure where Suso's best position is. Personally I prefer him in the middle behind the striker, I would like to see him given the free role in front of Gerrard and Allen. But Sahin had a good game against Young Boys so I think he should keep his place.

Swansea will offer a big challenge for us and this will be a tough game. But we haven't lost at home in the league since the opening day against West Brom, so I think we can get something here.

I'm going for 0-2 with Suarez and Gerrard scoring the goals.

Need badly to pick up points in the Premier League, Swansea are playing well, as pointed out in an earlier post. Hopefully the trend can be reversed and the Reds can pick up a win  against the Welsh men on Sunday.

But Wisdom picked up a knock last night so I'm guessing he could be out, if not I'd start him at right back and shift Johnson to left back.

Well Wisdom is out for two weeks

Expecting Gerrard over Robinson though with Enrique dropping back to right back and Suso moving up to the front three (or Assaidi starting)

Really want a win here, absolutely desperate to see us win some league matches in succession.

Logic would suggest that Walton, but the previous 3 times we've come up against them they've passed us off the park at times!

Very tough game and anyone expecting an easy win might be disappointed. I think we'll just take home the points but it wouldn't surprise me at all if it ended all square and I wouldn't be saying it's a terrible result if it did. A win would be an excellent result and ultimately is what we need.

Would like to see Sahin take his place on the bench again, would certainly make me more confident. Enrique should start again on the left wing position and Suarez should give Ashley Williams nightmare of a game after his comments,

Do it for the gaffer. No matter what he says, this is the game he wants to win the most this season (bar cup finals).

Cant see cole in the line up dont believe he can play two solid games back to back. Gerrad has been coasting lately seems to play better for england than the reds.Shelvey deserves a chance. Think brendan definately wants 3 points  from his old club, and that idiot williams shouldnt even be playing for swansea.Like to see enrique on the wing plus he had the night off against young boys, so is ready to go.

Swansea performed well because we allowed them too much space and time on the ball. If we don't give them an extra yard and an extra second on the ball, they'll be rattled, that's how I sees it. I'd agree, retain Enrique on the wings and let someone partner him there, he's doing well of late, let him keep up with the momentum and not curb his fire. However, everyone will need to step up a few gears, nothing to fear Swansea, they're definitely beatable, more importantly we must not allow them to play the brand of football that they excel.

I'm more worry of Stevie, he's not his usual self of late, not sure what's bothering him. Most of his shots were not on target, the same for his passes and marking.

A must win game, i predict a 3-1 in our favor.

Hoping for a win against the Swans, going to be a bit slow in the first half but 2nd half i can see a much higher tempo to the game.

The lads should be fired up for this and if they can feed Suarez he will absolutely torment thon goat Williams. On the subject of 'fired up'; I hope Sahin isn't picked in front of players with more fire in their belly. Sadly he seems to be going through the motions of late; something which can happen with 'loan' players. Shelvey for me.

Im not sure its all about Brendan going back ,but also the fact we can move above them if we win(Never thought i would hear myself EVER saying that). Recently we have dropped into this group of Elite teams who are all fighting to get into the top half of the table and this is possibly one of the most important games so far this season!

Out on his morning jog about 8 this morning.

Right attitude please tomorrow and i can see us getting another three in bag ,Still trying to get a ticket for this as i know a few swansea lads ,but the fckers are playing hardball ,just hope we have the last laugh ,as i have taken some sh*t off of them since the cup defeat, will settle for a  slender 2/1 ,but would like us to turn it on and smash the fckers. c,mon you reds up and at em.

Playing a team like Swansea will probably suit us better, just like playing Wigan did as they will like to play too, leaving more gaps around the pitch. That said, they like to play on the counter these days so them playing us will suit them better also as we will try to play and thus leave gaps around the pitch.

Should be a nice game to watch for the neutrals really.

I was at the game on Thursday but somehow get what you are saying. We'll be seeing our strongest team against Swansea and obviously Brendan, by resting players for this game, is showing that we are taking the 'threat' of Swansea seriously... maybe even more so than we did Everton.

I've a good feeling about this; Swansea's home record ain't too good and they will try to play, leaving room for us to attack. Bring it on.

We really need pace on the flanks, their main threats have been Routledge, Dyer and Michu this season, so I'd have Wisdom, Johnson at the back with Enrique in the LW spot and Sterling in front of Wisdom to pen them back. Its a pain this game seems to be too soon for Lucas, he would have slipped straight into my squad (probably instead of Gerrard and Allen to go further up the pitch or be switched with Sahin).

First off - lets not go mental when they score - we have been pretty poor at the back and Michu looks like a handfull every time he plays. I cant see a clean sheet this week.
