I agree. Give him some solid playing time in the EPL and he is going to be a stud!

Thought he faded a bit in the second half compared to the first but still, none the less, very good performance from the lad.

Thought that too mate but we have to realise that he is still only 19, it's his 3 rd game for us and they double teamed in the 2nd half.

Bright future ahead though. Exciting for all us Reds. Finally a decent right sided winger.

Faded a little but looked like for tactical reasons. Spurs teamed up on him a little more instead of leaving Rose on him.

He was bright on the ball until the end and sucked in two men to release Lallana to cross for the goal.

Looks a star in the making. Strong, positive and skilful.
I'm really impressed with his strength. It takes a lot to push him off the ball. Combine that with his pace and skill what a prospect we have

If there was ever a game where somebody got found out for being the sh*t player that they truly are (Rose), it was this one. Not surprised he had a nightmare controlling Ibe.

Raheem did it to Winston Reid couple games ago and now Danny Rose with Ibe.

Love his directness and pace. Has a belter of a shot too.

There could be big things for this lad.

not trying to jinx him or anything but I think he's had much more of an impact in his first two league games than Raheem had in probably his first 20.

Please stop comparing Ibe with Sterling. They play in the same position but their attributes are different. Both are unique so appreciate that both are in the same team.

True, but he is older than Raheem was, and had significantly more first team experience through two loans.

Built like a tank has pace and a thunderous shot. Danny Rose was run ragged - great talent.

I thought that too. He seems to find it hard to get into the game playing the sideline. I would have liked to have seen him swap positions with Markovic, as he may have had made more of an impact in a more attacking role.

      Looks like another great prospect.

Playing with Studge and Sterling this will be a nightmare for defenders - especially with Couthino behind them and Markovich overlapping. as a wingback.

Last night on the right we looked boss, if we can have that on both wings with Sterling then he will be given more time on the ball to make things happen.

looks so confident and powerful when he goes on them runs will be a great player and will probably get a long term deal pre season if Sterling has gone by then

      I think that's a silly comparison Fed.

I also think it would be dangerous to get carried away with Ibe and just let him develop and see where he goes.

I think this is true to be fair. Hate when I see players from other clubs bring talked about for England and linked to Real Madrid after a handful of games.
Good on the lad but he seems to have a good head on his shoulders I think that's almost as important as anything else these days
