Ben woodburn returning has gone under the radar too, played for u23s the other day. Not sure if he will feature, but its another body, and he is a full international with a decent shot.

Woodburn has no shot. Couldn't get a game at Blackpool. Same with Oxford when he went on loan last season. He just hasn't developed and we've got plenty of player ahead of him in midfield.

I think Klopp is sending Minamino because he actually sees him as the more viable long term solution for us. No use sending Origi away when this is probably his last season with us. Minamino can use the game time, where if Origi sits on the bench most of the season....not much lost.

For some reason this and the other new Academy signings are not on web site . 23s played a friendly today but no lineup given.

Wonder what the potential here is. Really gard to say at that age which way it will go. We have had some serious potential here over the years that went on to nothing really.

If this lad fulfils his alongside the young German kid plus the fact I really think Elliott will go on to be a superstar we are set up for a nice future

I'm all for signing exciting youngsters and having a strong academy but until they are breaking into the first team I'm really not that interested.

I'd go HAM for Grealish, even if it means selling Mane or Bobby, I'd do it. That kid is the truth and fits our style in spades. Is an amazing talent on a very avg team. That kid would make any good team contenders. Could play on the right or in the MF.

Grealish is unreal but we have Mane and Jota for the left so we won't sign him. My guess is he signs for the Scum this Summer for some obscene amount.

He can play anywhere on the pitch. Best English player in the world atm for my money.

Mane has been amazing talent for us, but he isn't getting any younger, and we could still get a pretty penny for him. Grealish is still rising to his peak, whereas Mane is on his way down from his. Sell and buy. Jota can either play on the left and let Salah move in the middle, or play the middle himself

Making light of mental health, nice bruh. No matter. I stand by my support for any player who wears our shirt, but will also voice my opinion when I think their foem is off. Mane has been poor for a while and isn't getting any younger. Would love to have Grealish within for sure, but we can't afford that dude in all honesty. Definitely can't afford him if we don't sell

Harvey Elliott comes to mind for me as well, but so does Rhian Brewster. I suppose the jury is still out on all of these, but by definition there is some risk with these. Hope to see him with the U23s soon.
