with £ 20,000   every single  day (including Sundays) hitting his bank account .

      I think I would be .

Throw in the odd free first class trip to the States for some 'rehab' on behalf of the club :D.

      Sturridge has cut his hair....

May seem like nothing to most, but perhaps an indication that he is ready for the football again. I recall when Sterling cut his fanciful display, he got down to some serious football for a bit.

Plus.. it may make him quicker  ;)

It was cut before last weekend. F**k knows why a hair cut would determine whether a player is serious or not :D.

Good stuff. I missed the last game so haven't seen anything of him.

But he got to play again... so the hair worked.  ;)

Amazed someone as injury prone as him can take such a risk like getting his hair cut. Gets the sniffles and hes out for 2 months so surely being around cutting objects is one hell of a risk!

Forget this talk with Klopp at the end of the season, I'd just sell him.

Exactly, not even worth the hassle worrying about anymore. Take what we can and bin him off.

What's happened this time? I can't even think of any funny injury excuses to use now.

Can only think as others mentioned the hairdressers was a step too far.

Maybe some hair floated down onto his thigh and give him a dead leg?

Klopp is keeping his playing time very limited and injury free ...where he can ...to get some money back on him.

I , like many here are sick of how injury prone he is, but it's World cup next summer, I wonder if it's worth keeping Sturridge for an extra season ?

Not for me. He's got to go. For us.. and for Sturridge.

As I've alluded to before, I'm not convinced about all these "injuries". I feel that it is one of those that we may 'hear about' after Sturridge has gone. For me, he's long gone. So hoping we bring in a top player in the Summer, and for now, continue to win our games without him.  :)

After that, I expect some admin will have to change my profile info again.

One of the commentators last night, think it was Jim Beglin said he knows that Sturridge is really distraught about the injuries he keeps getting and is really down about his latest hip injury. Maybe he should stop F***ing dancing!!! All I know is we needed him laSt night, would have been a perfect substitution for Origi who I thought was terrible last night, but once again you look at the bench and no Daniel sitting on it. Six weeks minimum then if it's like his other short term injuries ,

Maybe Klopp was hesitant to use him a couple of weeks ago because he expected him to be injured again and doesn't want to be trying to get a consistent team with a player that will be injured before long again.

He's finished for us, but he's barely played for 2 seasons now so it's not like we will miss him.
Sod's law though that when he goes to a new team, he won't get these injuries!

Reports seem to suggest he's out for the season.

Would be an enormous gamble for anyone to buy him, I just can't see it. Plenty of twitter stuff suggesting he's played his last game but who in the hell is going to buy him on those wages given his record? Medical science might be the highest bidder.

28 almost by the start of next season, I think he'll be retired before he's 30.
