Man I'm going to miss Jamie Carragher. I thought last season he was done for, but he had a damn good season this year. His attitude on the pitch has been second to none, his desire to help the team unmatched, and it feels like a huge part of the club has just left us. You can't replace Jamie Carragher -- players like him are irreplaceable. But now it's time for the next group of legends to step up.

Goal in the 23rd minute and only 1 goal, how fitting as there is only 1 Carra.

We all dream of a team of Carraghers but in the end we know that there is just one and the legend has now taken off the famous red shirt for a final time. Happy, sad, gutted and delighted for him all at the same time, what an outstanding example for anyone who wants to play the game. Jamie would be the first to tell you he wasn't naturally gifted but with the effort, determination, character and sheer will to succeed he has become one of the finest defenders ever to wear that shirt, a true legend.

Thank you for all the memories and enjoy your retirement, you will be sorely missed.
