100 million is too less in this inflated market, more akin to 120-140 mill. But, I would prefer if we'd keep him for this season atleast.

Just have a bad feeling about this, I think he'll go and we wont get anywhere near as much as we should for him.

Would be a real shame because I think with him pulling the strings and Salah Mane and Bobby giving him genuine attacking threat we could have a historic season.

Juggle this sh*te from the Express via Sport (read sh*te source) to the Star (infamously sh*te source), informing that Barca have sent a tapping up crew to persuade Coutinho to sign irrespective of their £72m knock back; the Star goes with LFC insisting the player is not for sale at any price but contradict the statement by saying Barca are willing to pay £80m to sign him.

Espn Brasil(very reliable) said that Neymar is asking PSG, not Barcelona, to sign Coutinho/Alexis Sanchez and to keep Lucas Moura.

So basically this little tw*t Neymar is asking PSG to not only pay £150m+ for him but also an extra £150-200m to get his mates transferred, irrespective of whether the club want/need them or not.

My prediction - with Salah in the team: 30 assists in all competitions this season.

I do like Coutinho in this deeper central role, obviously he finished the season playing in that position and he has excelled there so far in pre-season. Fuc........k Barca off and we could be in for a stunning season from the little Brazilian. His superb vision and passing range has really shone through in this position. Sign a couple of decent players, give him the vice captaincy and tell him that Barca will be back in for him but not this season sunshine.

If Coutinho stays, playing in this deeper role, I think it will be his best season so far.

But he's the sort of player you'd want with Coutinho rather than as a replacement for him. I think Lanzini is good but he isn't as good as Coutinho he'd be excellent cover for our Brazilian #10 though.

Cout is not going anywhere, but Lanzini is a good player and I would go in for since Lallana is injured now. Only thing that would concern me is Woodburn getting in the team when Lallana is back.
