Seems a waste, this lad could of really been something at the club i feel, for whatever reason it didn't work out, wish him all the best in the future.

I really don't get it.  Pacheco each time he has featured in pre-season has looked like he can offer something.  I'm not saying he's a world-beater or anything but he makes stuff happen.  Just taking the Preston game for example, I can think of at least five players who played a LOT worse than he did.  Are they going to be going, too?  If Pacheco is the standard for "not good enough" then there are some other attackers who need to be heading out as well, because they offer a lot less than he does.

"if only he was given a chance" argument surrounding Pacheco doesn't stack up for me.

The guy has been out on FIVE LOANS...and failed to make an impression on every occasion.

It's simple, he's not good enough.

Is he still here? The fact that we could only loan him to some small club in the Spanish second division speaks volumes about his ability as a player. AND he didn't start all the games as well!

Not really fair. He did brilliant for Norwich to help them get promoted. The next season he was shipped off again to the Spanish second division.

This x1000. Honestly thought he did really well in pre-season last year, it was just his end product that needed some work. He is only 22 so he can still improve and get better. It's a shame he wasn't able to make it here, really liked the guy.

Dani Pacheco is creative, attacking, dangerous, but shows that he lacks an end product in pre-season games = get rid of him.

Stewart Downing shows for an entire SEASON he has no end product = good squad player.

In the same pre-season game Pacheco bossed, Fabio Borini can't handle a simple one-on-one run in with a keeper, he can't even get it on TARGET = he'll score 20 goals this season.

Yes, this all makes sense.

To be honest, I don't think any of them are good enough.  But there's no way in hell one of them isn't good enough, but the other two are.
