Amazing! That's going to be a difficult place to go and play.

Got that right Semps. They won't be too dissimilar to what Blackpool were three years back. Plucky hard working team.

City had trouble playing away in the CL too.

      Victory for Cardiff!

Man City inherit Arsenal's one week status as crisis club. Who will it be next week?!

      Well played Cardiff.

Fantastic game. Glad I switched to it after watching the first half of the Spur match.

Well done to Cardiff, looked like they were playing with their backs to the wall for all the first half and feared they might just drop off after conceding so impressed they managed to come back to win 3-2.

City look really bad at the back though without Kompany or Nastasic and Hart does indeed look a little shaky. Expect them to be knocking on some doors to get a defender in before the window shuts or their title hopes could take a massive knock before it even gets going.

As for Spurs, it was a very soft penalty, in fact wasn't a penalty but believe they bossed the game and got what they deserved, Swansea only really putting the pressure on in the 2nd half and even then not creating much. That's just what I've heard rather than seen.

Seeing as the Mancs and Chavs are having a scrap tomorrow and seeing as a win for either would have them topping the League an ideal scenaro would be a draw, yes ?

BUT if chelski won that would leave them on 9pts and the Mancs dithering on the edge of 2 successive defeats, would that be your preference or would you have the Mancs win and all three of us going into the weekend on 6pts?

The bigger distance between us and the mancs the better.

      Home defeat for them too.

      Dzeko.

      Super goal that.

Him and Giroud most under appreciated strikers in England. Most don't know anything about them but insist they are sh*t.

      Yep.

I got laughed at when I said Dzeko shat all over Carroll and his price tag compared to Andy is an absolute bargain.

He has it all. Superb footwork for a big man, strong in the air and can thump them with both feet.

Strange as it seems but I'd rather see the Mancs lose. I don't think the season will go as smoothly as some are predicting for one of these teams. Perhaps it could hinge on tomorrows big game. I don't think Chelsea were anything special mid week and in Cahill and Terry you've got a weak link to target, especially with Terry who is over the hill. I feel Manchester United should win but if they don't and if they are well beaten by Chelsea then it sets the Mancs up for a very nervy week where Anfield already becomes a critical match for them. The idea of losing two matches in a row for the Mancs this early on just cannot be entertained what with a new manager. Their season hinges on how good a start they can get off more than anyone's just because a lot of confidence and trust is on hand for new manager Moyes.

I never want a Manc win but us being the first league team to beat Moyes' boys would be nice feeling !
