Is right. I just play FM13 now, got a 72000 seater stadium to come at the end of my current season. Can't be doing with this crappy new one, makes me depressed.

Steam crashed so I lost my 2013 save that I loved.

Now I'm stuck with this c**t of a game where they still can't F***ing tuck it in from 5 yards.

Yeah I'm considering going back to my 2025 save in 11. Went from one of the bottom teams of the third division of Portugal all the way to Barca with sunday league experience.

Can't remember which one it is, either FM11 or FM10, I had such a brilliant team with about 6 cracking re-gens in the team that were immense. Although my FM13 one is a brilliant team too!

Usually I don't like the new one because I always try comparing it off the previous but usually change my mind after a couple hours, just not feeling it with FM14 though, if I was to keep playing it I think my fist would go through the laptop screen

I was knocked out by Juventus because I lost at home 1-0 and wait for it I had 25 shots and 11 target while they had 4 shots 2 on target.

You just couldn't make that up, losing my patience  :lmao:

He was listed for 20. Then 16. Then 8. Then 2.8.

Picking up Michu on a free next season, too.

Lost 1-0 away to Valladolid on the last day to lose the title to Barca. Was leading into the final game level on points but beat them 3-1 and lost 2-1 so results had me ahead.

Let a few players leave for free like Gabi and Miranda, replaced them with Ander Hererra (£18m) and Stefan de Vrij (free). By the time my young regens are ready for the first team I'll sell some of my fringe players and de Vrij.

Also signed Gabriel Barbosa from Bayern (originally from Santos) for £9m or so and Michu for free.

      Leno (Joel)

Corchia (Lora) Shawcross (de Vrij) Alderweireld (Umtiti) Insua (Filipe)

      Reinartz (Guilivogui)

      Hererra (Fabregas) Strootman (Mario Suarez)

      Oliver (Michu)

      Doumbia/Léo/Gabriel/Jean

And Dario Conca who can play any of the 3 forward midfield positions.

Got rid of Krul (£5m), Muriel (£10m), and those others for free.

Also the club was taken over and looks like they'll be injecting some funds for a stadium expansion (to 86000 from 70000), upgrading facilities and more transfer money.

      Wow.

Lost to 17th place Celta on the last day of the season to lose the title again. Finished 4-1 at my home ground with 20 shots to 7 and ~60% possession.

Corchia had the ball in my third, simply stands there and loses it for them to go 1-0, same deal for 2-0 and then same again down the left hand side from Filipe to make it 3-0 after 25 minutes.

      Fantastic.

Finding the match engine to be slightly less retarded since the latest patch, half my corners being off screen due to shitty camera angles is a little annoying though.

Does anyone else find the star ratings to be almost completely irrelevant? I regularly have 1 or 2 star players outperforming my 5 stars. I find myself just signing players who had the highest average form the previous season rather than looking at ratings.

Where's the old 'player instructions' gone? You know, the little slidy bars? Also, how can you make players swap positions like on last year's

It's absolutely sh*t. There just seems like you have no control. Trading it in tomorrow I think and reinstalling 13.

Slidy bars have gone but there's a player tab under tactics that you can do all the other stuff.

Friggen went 5-0 up only to end up drawing the match. It pisses me right off.

Yeah I know, but they were the main tactics I used on 13 to win. Such a shame that the entire franchise has gone to sh*t because they simply made too many changes.

Uninstalled it. Reinstalled '13. The ordeal is over. Order is restored.

Game is taking over 10 minutes just to get to the load screen and it's randomly freezing which is especially irritating when I'm managing a team who is struggling to avoid relegation and I've just won a game. Only noticed this since the new update, anyone else had this problem?
