Just been said on SSN that we may not be wanting to pay the money for the Ukrainian winger Yevhen Konoplyanka.

Alternate target of Nacer Chadli has been mooted.

What do you think of that potential signing?

I don't know a lot but he hasn't really set the world on fire.

Me too. I've liked him since his time at Newcastle. He's not exceptional but does a lot of things well.

Yeah, he's the type of blue collar squad player that every team needs a few of.  He'd probably take some abuse like Hendo or Lucas have done at times, but sometimes you need players who don't do anything spectacular, but rather keep it simple and play to our strengths.
