Heres hoping we are all on this massive high, come tomorrow morning. Tricky away game but once we do our thing we should bury them! As good a 0-1 win is I cant handle another potential slip up. 0-3 before half time, send on the kids and 0-5 full time.

      Attitude tonight is everything, everything

We turn up and play like we did Saturday 3 points. We turn up and play like we did at West Brom itll be a similar outcome or worse

Our dressing room needs to stand up tonight before taking to the pitch and tell each other this is utd this is everton this is city this is Arsenal we can win the title but we need to blow the likes of these fookers away. Then tear into them like Saturday

No cock up no cockyness lets go nad get the job done and move on to the next game

I'm loathe to make a prediction based on how well we played in our previous game, and the perceived quality of the opposition.
As we have seen all too often recently, we seem to ride the crest of a wave, and then wipe out.
      cf West Brom, Hull, Villa.

So if anything, I'm expecting us to drop points.

So, yeah, as long as we take all three, I couldn't give a F**k how we play, or who scores. Football is always just about the result, but at tghis stage of the season even more so.

And a quick weather check: freezing, very windy, and totally pissing down. Great stuff. Isn't Carven Cottage partly uncovered? I don't care because my ticket is in a box*, but anyway.

      * For anyone who's been to Fulham, the "executive boxes" are actually glorified Portakabins stacked on top of eachother.

      Indeed Bri.

Like you say if we start the game as we did against Arsenal they won't be able to live with us and the game could be over by half time again.

My only concern is that Muelensteen won't be as cavalier as Wenger as he somply can't afford to be so Fulham will most likely be sent out to keep things very tight early on and we may have to work harder to break them down.

I hope we aren't unsettled by the weather/tube strike fears..etc. Imagine being 5-6 points ahead of Spurs as opposed to 0-1. That's how important tonight is for both teams. Newcastle are in free fall and have an enormous injury list

I hope we crush them to show that we're not kidding for this top 4 spot and to keep away from Man U. It would be a complete nightmare if ManUtd finished above us in the league.

Anyone in London? The weather is meant to be horrible, high winds and lashing rain. That will make the match a lottery.

We live in England, it's only a bit of rain hardly playing in a monsoon in the Amazon rain forest.

I'm in Wimbledon, couple of stops away from Fulham on the tube. It's absolutely pissing down and has been since 12 or so. The wind is pretty strong and is making it feel at least 5 degrees colder.

Well, the rains eased off and there's actually a bit of sun through the clouds, but the wind is still very strong. Looks like the main downpour has cleared, maybe a few showers to come but nothing as heavy as before.

The game will go ahead & really we shouldn't be using the weather as an excuse. We have played in such conditions before like in Stoke. Even Bournmouth away for windy enough.

The trouble will be imposing our style of play on the game.

I hope the boss doesn't assume that the Fulham team are tired & hope that that will be enough to get us the win.

Feel a comfortable 2 0 win should be on the cards. Fulham should show some fight after their showing at OT on Sunday. As long as their is no complacency, at least one of the "S" squad should score. We seem to have Suarez, Sturridge, Sterling and Skertel all on fire.

      Fulham 0-1 Liverpool (Benayoun Goal)

F**k it! Believe! Still one of my favourite goals because it put us back top at such a crucial point in the season. I can't get enough build up for the match in! More excited about a game than any other in a while after the result tonight.

Scrap my earlier post, I would start Gerrard. Someone like him is crucial in grinding out an away win mentally.

Goosebumps! I'm so ready for this game now!

Fulham are one of the worst teams I've ever seen in the Premiership. As funny as the draw with Manure was it was a complete fluke from them, when they played at Anfield earlier in the season we steamrollered them and I predict the same tonight, it's important we get an early goal though.

For the first time in a long while I am nervous about this game. I know all the games from now on are like cup finals, maybe that's why I have the nerves.
Every time I predict us hammering a team (which we should be tonight) we play sh*t and drop points, so I am not going to bother.
As a lot of you have said, an early goal will stop them sitting 11 behind the ball, so lets score early and get it over with.

Personally I hope we come in with exactly the same attitude and intensity as the Arsenal game, and from the first minute again. I know we are away this time but we can blitz these just the same. They will definitely want to frustrate us for as long as possible, so getting an early goal would throw their gameplan out of the window.

Weather update: clear(almost) blue skies and the winds died down a little. ;)

Yep, it's very stupid, naive and even disrespectful to predict a hammering for anyone in this league, particularly in this season. By expecting a tough, close fight we set ourselves up to be in the best mentality and attitude as supporters and as a team.

Watching that link about the weather in London and thinking who are those mentally challenged people acting F***ing soft on the zebra crossing and thinking how long do you watch before someone gets run over.
Then read below it's the Abbey Road crossing no doubt overrun with Japanese tourists.

Was up in the village at Pizza Express with the Mrs earlier mate (What jetset lives we lead!) and on the way back down the hill we got f*cking drenched, and it was freezing. Like you say has cleared up now but still very cold. Will be spending the last half hour before we set off trying to make sure my little lad gets ridiculously wrapped up, I reckon Fulham is one of the coldest grounds in the country when the weather's bad (bit like Anfield come to that).
