Tom Finney Dies.

Tom Finney the great Preston and England winger has passed away, Tom spent all his footballing life with Preston. Tom was the sort of footballer who only hit the headlines for his football ability. That great  manager of ours Bill Shankly played in the Preston team with Tom.
                                R.I.P. Tom you were one of footballs gentlemen.

Mike Ingham the BBC's senior football correspondent said that Bill Shankly said that Finney was the best he's seen and that was good enough for him..

Sad news that, quite the player and gentleman by all accounts.
