Can't say I was ever totally settled during the game but I saw in the team players who were willing to chase, harry, tackle, pester.

I would really like our fans to stop signing "we're going to win the league." Wouldn't you?

      Yes

In May - when we sing "We are the Champions" instead.

      Why?

Footballs about enjoying yourself, letting go, believing.. Backing the lads, lifting them..

It's great to be involved in it and being able to sing ...

      No.

I wish they were able to sing it more and have reason to sing it.

      Belief.  ;)

Had to watch on V+ as sh#tfest at work yesterday and didn't get away till ridiculous time.

I felt we did fine - maybe overplayed a bit at times 2nd half but I think that's out of our system now with the fright we got at the end. In the past we've paid for complacency.

We were never going to win all our eight remaining games 6-0, there was always going to be an unexpected stumbling block like when chelsea lost to Villa a couple of games back.

It's the nature of the beast, football is unpredictable and some days you just have to ride it out, and we did.

Thankfully we forced a win, kept up the title push.

No moaning here, I'm more like :

Great result - 3 hard earned points.  Is'nt it great to be 'in it' near the end of the season.

      Not really 7KK7.
My heart can't take any more like the last 14/15 minutes of the game yesterday.

I would much rather we score 2/3 in the 1st half otherwise I would have to go on a ventilator (like yesterday) just to be able to breath.

If it gets us that long awaited trophy the heart attacks will be well worth it ;)

I was thinking about the ref last night, hardly gave us any of the big decisions last night. Anyone else wondering about impartiality of the referees? He could of been a Chelsea supporter for all we know or a Man City supporter. Not being funny but when its a 3 horse race, the premier league really need to look into that. Yeah he might be professional but he might want to limit the amount of goals we score for goal difference etc. Deadly Serious how do we know cause last night he got all the big decisions wrong and it definitely looked dodgy

We've also built up a nice little cushion of 5 points (effectively 6 with our GD) over Arsenal so even if we can't go all the way a top 3 finish and the guaranteed Champions League football that comes with it would still be a fantastic achievement.

Yes the game could've been a bit less nervy but c'est la vie, this is football and anything can happen.  We got the 3 points and no injuries so really, we should all be happy

There are definite room for improvement but we are a work in progress.  Also, I am dumbfounded by some comments made... sell this player and buy x player for 30-40mil.  Upgrade Mig... doesnt work with BR's strategy etc etc.

even with CL money, FSG's transfer policy is to buy potential and that 'bargain' player.  Not sure if we will seriously be willing to fork out 30-40 mil on a sole player.  Especially with what happened to Carroll and more recently look at ozil and Mata.... If those examples are anything to go by, it is definitely never a good idea to gamble that amount of $$ on a player... even if it seems like they are perfect.  Still too many variables in play.

CL footy will require our squad size to increase as well.  We cannot really ask our current starting XI to play every game next season and keep up that energy.  Maybe suarez can do it but we will be prone to an increase chance of injuries like Arsenal face EVERY YEAR around feb / march!  We'll have to be smart, buy smart and keep momentum moving on all fronts.

I think where we are currently and our form / season so far, we can all look at the glass half full.

We're currently five points ahead of Arsenal, so that should be some comfort.

Of the three teams in the run in, we are under much less pressure, simply because of the lack of investment and lack of expectations there were this year. Whereas in 08-09 it was nerve racking, this one we should be revelling in it and just enjoying the ride. I certainly am.

And who knows, the lack of pressure may just be beneficial to us. But if we finish 3rd, I'll still be delighted.

Pretty damn good seeing as we were 8 points behind them at one point.

Expected us to go on and win that 5 or 6 nil after Sturridge scored, but we weren't clinical enough. A little shaky at the back and we almost conceded an equaliser, but ...

I said when we had 10 games to go, that on paper, we can win all 10, which would be 14 wins in a row, and that is unheard of. No matter how good a team plays, there is bound to be a game where decisions go against you, you don't fire on all cylinders, nerves creep in, and the other team pulls a performance out of nowhere, and you'll end up dropping points.

What makes me happy is, that criteria fits last nights game.... but we didn't lose points.

Let's go one game at a time, and maybe we can end up with a run of 14 wins.

      Bring on Spurs.

It's just brilliant isn't it  ? Let's be honest no one really gave us a chance of top four really.
We have being immense and huge amount of credit goes to the manager and players,I'm staggered how far we as a team has come this season, and loving every minute of our title chase.
Last night was a bit jittery in the final 20 mins but we can't blow teams away all the time.
Loved the way we hung on and got the three points sometimes that's what required.
      Bring on the spuds.

We were 8 points behind them when they visited Anfield on the 8th February. Incredible turnaround.
