In the latest rankings we were 32nd and Benfica were 6th. Would be very strange if we ended up in the same pot.

It's quite funny because Benfica is listed in Pot 1 and Pot 2 above.

Not really concerned which pot we're drawn from. The bigger the games the better for me.
Big champions league nights are what we've been craving, so if we are drawn against Barca, Madrid, and Munich, all the better!

Dortmund is actually the last team I want us to get. I know it would be a cracking fixture, but I believe they are one of the few team that we would struggle against.

Just went through it all, and as the league tables stand these would be the pots (Q means that it assumes they qualify from the play-offs, if not then the teams below would all move up a place)

Pot 1: Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Chelsea, Benfica, Atletico Madrid, Arsenal (Q), Porto (Q)
Pot 2: Schalke, Borussia Dortmund, PSG, Juventus, Shakhtar Donetsk, Basel, Zenit, Manchester City
Pot 3: Bayer Leverkusen (Q), Olympiakos, Ajax, Napoli (Q), Liverpool, Sporting Lisbon, Galatasaray, Athletic Bilbao (Q)

So as you can see, if it stayed like this, even if Arsenal, Porto, Leverkusen and Napoli didn't make it through the qualifying rounds we would still be in pot 2, obviously the league tables might not end up like this but its still very very very unlikely that we will be in pot 2.

So some possible scenarios include, Bayern Munich + PSG. Or Porto + Zenit.
Regardless, all of the games are going to be tough.

We are not some also-rans like other English clubs. We are Liverpool and we play to win.
