Though I would have loved it if Sturridge could have started the game but I always have some added confidence knowing that we still have him to come off from the bench if need arises.

if Sturridge is fit enough for the bench shouldn't he start with Coutinho playing alongside Allen.

Chelski has put up an unfamiliar line-up, hopefully they don't look like a well oiled machine that we can take advantage of. I've no problems with Sturridge on the bench, he'll set the pitch on fire when comes on as he had a few average game of late and he nrmally does well after that, as usual. He could end up scoring the winning goal coming on as a substitute.
