Anyone know of lallana is back in training or is he also out for the season

Lallana is back to fitness, he needs to get match fit. He should have a good 'pre-season' before the final.

If he gets healthy I don’t think he will struggle at all. Out of sight out of mind I guess but it seems people forgot just how good he was for us when he was healthy.

Remind us please, how good was he in terms of assists and goals per game? BTW that's a genuine question because to me he has nice movement, nice tricks and flicks but his end product is not that great but I'd be very happy to be proven wrong on that.

Mate, it is the influence not only goals and assists. It is his tempo and football intelligence in tight spaces.

Yeah ok, but he can still become more influential and more clinical, certainly in terms of goals. He is another one of those players who frustrates me, he has the talent but just needs consistency. The recent injuries are a worry though.

I agree that he needs to be more cylinical but he was never a play that scores a lot. Imagine on form Lallana assisting and passing to Salah's run. We would be closer to the leader if he stays fit.

Adam really did drive our midfield pressing game and you are right, when he was on, he could run things up front and create space and angles for our attacking players.  Klopp loved him for a reason and the only  shame is that even if he gets fit this year,  he'll be far off game shape. Still.....if we can get him back fit, with a full offseason, he really will be  like a new signing (Milner) next year.

Jürgen already said he's not an option for tomorrow, but a definite for the Final so very excited about that.

Well we didn't because he played in 33 of 38 league games last season scoring 8 with 10 assists which was his best return in a red shirt since signing with goals and assists

He's had a poor/unlucky year with injuries this season but overall fine

Yup he's such an intelligent footballer. He could make a big difference for us on the 26th.

How many minutes did he get yesterday? I got offered a free ticket to sit in the city end at St Mary's yesterday so didn't get to see out game beyond the motd highlights

Think he got like 20-25 minutes Scott....he looked lively and fresh and much better than his last few appearances.

whilst the other lads will be just ticking over now fitness wise I suspect Adam is going to have work like a Dog if he wants to make any sort of impact in the final.
Personally I hope he doesn't feature which will mean we don't need him.

I think having him available will be a great option for us. Against Roma the only midfielder we had on the bench was Woodburn, which basically meant we had no one. With Adam available he gives us an option in case someone gets hurt, or Milner can't go a full 90 since he's still recovering from injury, or even a late sub if the boys are getting tired.

Now we can at least sub Lallana in for 1 of our midfielders and not lose the quality or energy of play, instead of having to go to Klavan as a 5th d-man.

Come on mate, we will need him to come on when we are 5-0 up with 5 minutes to go. 

watched a lot of LFCTV recently and Adam has been involved in an awful lot of goals for Liverpool and he is going to be like a new player for us.

I can't wait. I really think we might see a different Lallana than previous seasons because of what Fabinho and/or Keita can offer in the middle. Woodburn is another player I feel can thrive with our new midfielders.
