Could go on for pages there are so many options now, certainly in defense and midfield - BR will really be able to vary his starting XI, way more than last year.
With Lovren, hopefully we have a new dominant CB, and with the Spanish lads, competition and options at FB (which was REALLY needed).
In midfield, strength in depth. Hopefully Lallana and Markovic will settle quickly, and show form - FAR better players than Moses and Alberto. Sterling and Coutinho look like they will improve on last year, which is pretty mouthwatering. One option I think could be solid would be Can (who looks promising so far)/SG/Hendo across the middle might free up Hendo a bit to make runs into the box, and the guy can score - would love to see him do well.
Up front, still think we need a striker. The frustration around that has slightly overshadowed what looks like good business by BR in the window.
And in BR we have an excellent manager who knows how to progress guys with potential, bring them on, get the best out of them. And in general, he has exceeded expectations - combined with the signings we've made, makes me think we can do better than many pundits expect.
