Ezequiel Lavezzi (PSG)

I'd be thrilled to see him come here, he's a class player and I think would complement our other forwards really well. Can't help feel though he would be a luxury purchase rather than an essential one. We need a striker (which I don't see lavezzi as being) and a left back, not another winger/ forward.

I see him and lallana potentially competing for the same shirt. If we could have the transfer window re-set I would have preferred us to buy Lavezzi over lallana. Can't see us having them both and getting value for money out of both.

Yes you are absolutely right, I can't think of any other player that has served 46+ games banned within 4 years for club and country. He's a great ;player but there are good players out there that get suspended less.

His image as a person maybe tarnished but his football technical ability is one of the 3 best in the World and I would swap him for no one. Missed 46 + games you say and still finished our Top Scorer 2 years running and The Golden Boot winner last season. Like I said no one will be as good as Luis.

No I think he's on the downswing of his peak. His pace is slowing, he's just not the player he was at Napoli. He's playing with better players and he's average at best. Plus we need a striker not another winger (unless it's Rues of course  ). I just don't think he's right for us.
